Membership FAQ

What hours is the community workspace open?
Our community workspace is open 24/7. Staff is onsite from 9am-7pm.

What about the social amenity spaces?
Access to social amenities are based on that particular spaces operational hours. Please contact a membership representative for a full list of the amenities included in your membership and their operational hours.

Is printing included in my membership?  
Each membership as a specific number of color and B+W printing page each month. If you go over those allocations, you will be charged per page. Printing credits do not roll over into the next month.

Does my membership include access to the conference rooms? 
Yes! Similar to printing, each month you have a specific number of complimentary conference room hours. Conference room hours do not roll over into the next month.

Are you pet friendly?
Pets are only permitted in private office Pods. If you have a service animal and are looking for more flexible workspace, please contact a membership representative.

 What is your guest policy?
Guests are permitted for business purposes only. For access to Kenect's community workspace for collaborative work or to the  7th floor social amenities, guest must purchase a day pass.

What are your parking policies? 
Parking is available for an additional cost and is based on availability.  

What about guest parking? 
Guest parking is available in our garage at an hourly or daily rate  When entering the garage, guests will collect a ticket at the entrance and pay with a credit card upon exiting.

Do you offer mail services? 
We do! Contact a membership representative for more information.

Are there quiet hours? 
The community workspace is a place where you can work and socialize. There are not dedicated quiet hours but we do request that members display basic social etiquette and respect for others using the space by using headphones when listening to music or taking calls. Phonebooths are available throughout our community workspace for when you are taking a call or in a conference. Phonebooth occupancy are limited to 45 minutes. Our conference rooms are available for reservation should you need additional privacy and space.

Do you have onsite events ? 
Yes! Our programming is produced through KEE, Kenect Exclusive Experiences. Kenect's dedicated Brand Experience Coordinator curates and produces a wide variety of events and activations throughout the building and virtually. While events a free for members, many events will have capacity limits for onsite participation. This allows for us to give you the best, most intimate and personal experience.  RSVP is required for events to manage capacity limitations. Guests are not permitted at events at this time.  

Can I rent out social amenities for private events? 
Absolutely! You are able to reserve our social amenity spaces through the booking page on our member portal or on your app. We offer event coordination services if you need some help making that event extra special. Please be sure to book social amenity spaces with at least 72 hour notice and that you provide our Membership team with a guest list.
